Payments for completed appointments, partially completed appointments, missed appointments, late cancellations, administrative services, forms, letters, records work, prior balances, and the admission process, as well as other patient financial responsibility amounts, are non-refundable. Insurance claim outcomes do not create a right to a refund where the patient was properly charged under the practice’s financial policies.
